Shipping Information

We offer flat rate shipping options to better serve our customers. At the moment, we only ship to addresses located in the United States of America. We are unable to fulfill international orders at this time. Packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive in 1-3 business days after shipment.

EXCHANGES

  • To make an exchange, order the new size of the item(s) needed
  • Then proceed to the return instructions below
  • At this time, standard shipping rates listed above will apply to all exchange orders

SALE ITEMS POLICY

  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

RETURN POLICY

  • We are unable to accept online order returns at our stores
  • Returns accepted on most items
  • We cannot accept returns of the following: jewelry, undergarments, or swimwear
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving merchandise
  • Merchandise must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Garments with smoke or other odors cannot be returned
  • Please allow up to three weeks for a refund to be processed once we receive the merchandise
  • $6.95 will be deducted from your refund for return postage

If your return meets all of the above requirements, please pack the items to be returned in the original, or similar, shipping materials, and click the button below to print your shipping label. Please have your order number and zip code ready. Once printed, seal package and affix label. Ensure any previous shipping labels are removed or blacked out with a permanent marker before shipping.
