Where is my order?

Tracking information is sent via email once orders are shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive this information. If you are having issues with the delivery of your order, or did not receive tracking information, please contact us here.

 

 
 

What is your return policy?

Can I return an item at one of your stores?

Can I cancel my order?

We strive to get orders shipped the same day they are placed. For that reason, we are usually unable to cancel orders once placed. If contacted right away, we may be able to cancel your order before it is shipped. You can contact us here.

Do you offer in-store pickup?


Most of our online items are sold in stores but items can sell out quickly. So if you see something you like, either in-store or online, don't hesitate because it is likely to be gone in a short period of time.

Is everything online sold in your stores?


Most items cannot be restocked as they are made in limited numbers.We can sometimes reorder certain styles if the manufacturer orders a recut. Contact us here and we will try our best to get the item(s) for you.

Will a sold out item be restocked?


We buy our merchandise from designers and manufacturers who specialize in the production of quality apparel, accessories, and shoes.

Do you design your merchandise?
